Q1: Why can't I find the corresponding model?

Q3: When can it be shipped?
A3: Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your payment.

Q4: When can I receive the package?
A4: If you choose free shipping, the delivery time is about 20-45 working days. If you choose FedEx / DHL, the delivery time is about 3-7 working days.
Also, we will upload the tracking number to your order after shipping. With this tracking number, you can keep track of the progress of your package's shipment.
 
Q5: Why haven't I received the package yet?
A5: I am sorry to keep you waiting. If you do not receive your package, please contact your local post office / FedEx / DHL as soon as possible for the latest status of the package. Otherwise the package will be returned or destroyed.
 
Q6: The item does not fit, can I return the item?
A6: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
 
Q7: How do I return it?

Q8: How to Customize Products?
A8: When you need to customize products, please provide samples of products that need to be customized. We will quote according to your samples, and the production time is 4-5 weeks. We guarantee the product is 100% usable, because it will be tested before shipment.
 
Q9: How to install touch screen panel?
A9: This is the installation steps of the general touch screen, you can refer to the following steps to operate.
Step 1: Remove the back cover, and then remove the motherboard screws.
Step 2: Remove the front cover casing and blow the overlay with the hot air of the hair dryer
Step 3: Remove the film and take out the broken screen
Step 4: Apply double-sided tape to the touch screen frame and put a new touch screen
Step 5: Install the motherboard and the LCD screen. Don't forget to test whether the touch screen can be used normally.
Step 6: After the test is successful, attach a protective film, here, the replacement of the touch screen is completed.
